What to Bring
Here is what you will need and want to have with you on your adventure!

- A MN Fishing License with a Great Lakes Trout Stamp or One day Great Lakes License is necessary to board and catch fish on Lake Superior
- A sports bag is a good idea to bring for carrying your rain gear, hat, glasses etc and other personal items that you need on a charter fishing trip.
- Bring a cooler for food and drinks.
- Bring drinks to help keep yourself and your friends hydrated and happy. You can bring beer but you must be 21 years of age
- Bring sandwiches or food depending on the length of your charter. You'll need to keep your energy up for reeling in the big trout we plan to catch.
- Nothing can ruin a fishing trip worse than seasickness.
- If you get sea sick or aren't sure if you get sea sick then it is a very wise idea to take your Bonine before you leave the dock.
- Even in Duluth during the summer you can get a sun burn. Make sure you bring sunscreen especially if your burn easy.
- Bring sunglasses. Preferably polarized fishing glasses to lessen the sun's glare that reflects off the water.
- Starting out at 6 am means that you may need to dress in layers and bring some warm clothing to wear. You'll want to be comfortable and the temps can change quickly.
- Don't forget your rain gear when you go charter fishing on Lake Superior - The weather can change quickly.
- A hat or ball cap is a good idea and protect your head from burning.
- Wear comfortable shoes with traction, so you can anchor in while you're reeling in the big catch.
- Bring a camera for video and still photos so you can show off the big one you caught.
- Tipping is optional, but we hope we do a great job and earn your business; year after year. Cash is a great thing to have for the restaurants or bars around the Duluth area when your charter is over.
